Title: NTP Developmental and Reproductive Toxicity Technical Report on the Prenatal Development Studies of 2 ((1 (4 Phenoxyphenoxy)propan 2 yl)oxy)pyridine (CASRN 95737-68-1) in Sprague Dawley (Hsd:Sprague Dawley® SD®) Rats and New Zealand White (Hra:NZW SPF) Rabbits
Subject: These studies examined the potential for prenatal exposure to 2 ((1 (4 Phenoxyphenoxy)propan 2 yl)oxy)pyridine (MPEP) via gavage administration from implantation to just prior to birth to induce developmental alterations in the fetus. In parallel, MPEP was assessed in zebrafish to characterize the potential for MPEP to induce alterations in a non-mammalian alternative model.
Purpose (e.g., abstract): This peer review done via letter will be conducted in Q2 2021. It will assess of the draft NTP developmental and reproductive toxicity technical report (DART-07). Information for the review will be posted once dates are finalized.
