Subject: | These studies examined the potential for prenatal exposure to 2 ((1 (4 Phenoxyphenoxy)propan 2 yl)oxy)pyridine (MPEP) via gavage administration from implantation to just prior to birth to induce developmental alterations in the fetus. In parallel, MPEP was assessed in zebrafish to characterize the potential for MPEP to induce alterations in a non-mammalian alternative model. |
