Title: NTP Developmental and Reproductive Toxicity Technical Report on the Modified One-Generation Study of 2-Ethylhexyl p-Methoxycinnamate (CASRN 5466-77-3) Administered in Feed to Sprague Dawley (Hsd:Sprague Dawley® SD®) Rats with Prenatal, Reproductive Performance, and Subchronic Assessments in F1 Offspring
Subject: NTP conducted a multigenerational study (modified one-generation; MOG) in rodents to assess the potential for continual exposure to 2-ethylhexyl p-methoxycinnamate (EHMC) via the diet to affect reproduction and development and induce subchronic toxicity.
Purpose (e.g., abstract): This peer review done via panel conducted in Q2 2021. It will assess of the draft NTP developmental and reproductive toxicity technical report (DART-06). Information for the review will be posted once dates are finalized.
